i get a call and am told that there is a felony warrant out for my arrest for unpaid payday loans (I never take out payday loans) and then am transferred to his manager who then asks for my information so officers can come to my home and help clear up any misunderstandings.

It's a scam!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM $$$$!!! I received the same phone call and "Mark" had no information to give regarding the supposed account that I was late on paying. The company supposedly is called "Brooks & Associates". He was just spitting out threatening lies to scare you...... again DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

A DAVID JONES CALLED ME FROM THIS NUMBER SAYING THAT I WAS GOING TO BE ARRESTED THURSDAY MORNING BECAUSE OF SOME ONLINE LOAN. HE CALLED MY JOB AND HE ALSO HAS MY INFORMATION. HE SAID HE WAS CALLING FROM BROOKS ASSOCIATION HIS EXT 590. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE AND HOW DID THEY GET MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO MAKE THESE PEOPLE STOP.

i received a voice mail as well as a phone call to my daughter's phone from some creepy guy with an indian accent saying he was officer kevin foster and that he was from the cyber unit informing that there was a complaint has been filed against me and that i need to call and if i dont call there are goin to come to my house and arrest me
