Called, did not leave message.  I am on the National Do Not Call list.  Out of curiosity, I called the number as it appeared on the Caller ID.  Received an automated greeting about Nielsen Movie View, a market research firm, which stated I could call 323-817-1998.

Called, left no message. Looks similar to other #'s I've seen posted.

Saw this number on my caller ID.  No message left.
I called it back and heard a pre-recorded message stating:
"You have reached Nielsen Movie View in Hollywood CA we are a leading oppinion research company that conducts market research surveys to gage movie goer awareness and interest if you have any further comments, questions, or concerns please call us at 323-817-1998. Thank you and have a nice day."

I called the number on the recording and heard another pre-recorded message stating "You have reached Nielsen Movie View, if you have any questions or comments and would like a return phone call, please leave your name, telephone number and a brief message after the tone, thankyou for calling."

I didn't not leave a message.  I think it's a phishing scam to get your information. However, because the message states that the they conduct surveys the calls would not be prohibited by the DNC.

I picked up the phone not assuming it would be a solicitation because I am on the no call list.  However, it was for a movie survey.  I hung up.  Not happy they have my number.
