Called my cell from 323-784-0037 and the lady told me it was about a national sweepstakes entry and when I said I was on the "Do Not Call" registry, she that they had gotten my number as a "preferred customer of American Express, Master Card or Visa customers." The caller also said she was from Utah. Scam!
