This is a real person's phone number that has been spoofed by some lame company that never actually tells you anything useful in the entire 3 minute recorded pitch. My sincere belief is they are somehow making money from the time you spend on the phone trying to figure out who is calling.

It's a Brit voice that starts off saying you can remove your number at any time from the database. Then goes into the spiel and keeps repeating you can remove your number at any time.

I've received about 10 calls from this same 'voice'. Never the same CID info.
