Guy keeps calling. Says he is Anthony from ZP (or something similar). Asks to speak with one of the folks working here. Wont say what the last name of the callee is. Says, "I cant recollect it, but I am returning their call". Problem is the person in question didnt talk to him.

He is persistent and now rude (yelling into the phone when told that no one will speak with him).
