I was given this number to text in a phishing scam that I got via Facebook.  They hacked my friend's account and said they had just won # from Mark Zuckerburg who randomly chose people in my town (they named the town) and he had just been awarded a sizable sum and saw my name on the list.  They eventually gave me the above # to text my info to the agent so I could claim my prize.
