They left me a message. It is purportedly the US government telling me I need to send them money or I'll be jailed. Scam. Blocked the number.

Left 3 messages, one after another, clearly a recording, threatening the need for an appearance before a federal judge, magistrate or grand jury if I did not respond. "Help us to help you!" was the final statement.
