Caller with Asian Indian accent, called twice.

Excerpts from the call:
This message is intended to contact you.  My name is Steve ***.  I am calling regarding an enforcement action executed by US Treasury intending (not clear) attention.  Ignoring this will be intentional second attempt.  To avoid ...  I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you.

My name was not mentioned.

Caller identified himself as Steve Martin and said he was calling for the IRS.  We didn't answer the phone so the message instructed us to call him back before "it" led to a court appearance in front of a magistrate or the supreme court.  The message started with "I am trying to contact you..." We were never identified in the message.  If the IRS wants to contact you, they will do it through the mail AND they would know your name.  Life Lock mentioned a scam like this.

I got 2 of those messages today. Mine were a little different in that they mentioned US Treasury over the IRS. The rest was pretty much spot on. Letting that one go as a SCAM... If they can not tell me who they are looking for in the message, well, they got the wrong number.

Got a message from the same number...He said he was calling from US Treasury and identified himself as Steve Marris.
But said "HI"...without identifying by name..
Looks like he wants to call us back and get our personal information...
