No caller ID (unknown number). Woman left message on work voicemail stating that no one at my place of work would sign for legal documents and that I had two hours to return the call. She left a complaint number. This is a complete scam because papers must be served in person in my state.

I received the same exact message from the same company.   Definitely a bogus call!

Received the same unknown (blocked call) number to my phone and said they tried to serve me and I missed court. They couldnt give me any further information on this "supposed to be " case and gave me the 323-673 1340 number to call and a case # to identify myself when calling...when I called, a female answered,  asked me my case number, then somehow we were disconnected..I called back several times and recieved a voicemail with the name Sharonville from Berg & Associates..Googled them to get an alternate number and the lady that answered that number asked me did i recieve a call from a 323 number, i said yes, and she stated  that their law firm isn't associated with that number nor do they know anything about that "firm" but, she's been receiving alot of phone calls like that...thier is definitely something up with this number..scam, scam, and scam again!
