Called from a number 323 671-4350 (Local Los Angeles number), saying that she will meet me coming Tuesday to sign some legal document.  Would not give any company info or other information.  Most likely phishing for information or verification from a debt collector.  She also gave 866 864-3581 as company number.  Called that num and some woman answered, as if it's one person debt collector.

These are probably the bottom of the barrel, last resort debt collector who will try whatever means possible try to collect.

Don't bother to answer and hang up if you do.  Put the number in "block list"
Don't give them any info.
