Have seen this number show up on caller ID on my muted land line 3x over the past three days. No message left.

If you call the number back, it will tell you that the number is disconnected.

Get calls from this number almost every day for two weeks. Someone says my name and never speaks again but I can hear background noise. I hang up as fast as I recognize it's the same guy. One time a female answered. Annoying. Of course they don't say who they are. Jerks!
