this number has called me everyday for the past week and it leaves a cut off voicemail recording saying "...if you'd like to leave feedback please press 1. for spanish press 2" have no clue what that is.

i tried calling from a land line. but could not, because it is not  "in service" so the account is set up to make calls not receive it....very strange.. i did not  get a voice message

calls - no message and i did not answer. we know no one in this area code.

Some fool calling for a previous owner of my phone number. The d00d they're looking for must have scammed somebody out of a bucket-load of cash. They left a callback # on my answering machine.

That is a fairly large assumption considering the fact that most of these calls are made by criminals and the people they are harassing don't owe a penny.  Oh and by the way, you spell dude like this, not d00d.
