Not sure about this number

Individual used prev 4 ph # called presented himself as williams spooner mgr of an oil tig in gulf. Supposedly had explosion demanded 5k plus to buy equipment
I refused he was very angry harassing phone calls
Anger begging crying rude cussing
I stopped answering calls evidentually stopped

Now calling back from this # wanting to talk about why I would not give money.  Relationship?????
