Been receiving calls daily states that anderson and associates represent cashadvance. This is what is on cash advances web page:

Many people have reported phone calls from fraudsters posing as a representative of CashAdvance.com demanding payments and/or threatening lawsuits for failure to comply. In order to keep valued payday loan borrowers from falling victim to these scammers, CashAdvance.com has compiled a few ways to discern whether someone is trying to steal your money.

I have been getting harrassing calls from this phone number.  They say it is Anderson law firm and they have a case against me and he will have me arrested in two hours.  He would not tell me anything.  WATCH OUT FOR THIS SCAM. I agree these people are very harrassing.

We have to report it to the attorney general in the state he calls from - California.  As well as the state you are from.  You can block the calls through your provider.  And you can threaten him as well and call the police if it continues.  I called my attorney to find all these things out, and this is what has been done by me so far.  I am still getting calls at work.  I try to call him back at this number and so far, he keeps hanging up on me.  It seems he has several lines.  This is not the first time I have gone through this with this same guy.  He is "Eric Watson" right now.  A few months ago, using a different phone number, he was "Thomas Cook".  A month prior, he was "John Smith".  He has gotten a "Steve" on the line who sounds exactly like himself, and as far as I know, they are all the same person.

I just got the same message at my work. The stupid [***] can barely pronounce his own name, lete alone the "law firm" he represents. Said it is extremely important that he hear from me or my attorney today as this is very time sensitive.He also wished me good luck if if he didn't hear back from me today.
