Guy called (he was talking SO slowly, he made is SUPER easy to google the number) asking for our copier model number.

Claimed he worked for Global something or other, and they send out manuals free of charge.

Sure, they might send you a MANUAL free of charge (which you could get online or from your dedicated copier company, anyway) but I'm sure the toner cartridges they send you at an insanely inflated change isn't free.
