This is Telemarketer boiler room Type Company selling English as a second language program called Mobil English mostly targeting Hispanics. They way I figure they have gotten a hold of list of number registered with a Hispanic name or previously registered to a Latin person. I waited through the advertising till someone answer and was able to get some information as to what they were selling but as soon as I started asking who they were or the name of the company they hang up. Then, they called me right back from a different number based out of Los Angeles and I questioned them the same way as well as I told them that I would report them to the local government for receiving this unsolicited phone calls so they promptly hang up on me again. Usually, the calls originates from which I assume is the city of origin " Canton, SD" number 712-986-2323 and then they roll you over to a local number from your area. Telemarketers now a days are using some type of system which generates a false Caller ID and number to get past the "Do not call" restrictions since you can not easily identify them by either the number or the company's name.
