The caller stated that they are from the federal credit bureau.  The company states that they have received an affidavit in which is going to be filed as a law suit.  They never state the name of the company that is suing you.  When you ask the person on the phone to give you further information, they refuse to but, they continue to harrass you over the phone.  They give you a wrong social security number waiting for you to correct it by giving them your correct social security number.  They do have correct information that leads to you.

These people say they are the federal credit department. Using names as john marshall james hooks kevin morrison. They have called me from 4 different numbers and i called back and it said the magic jacl customer is not available. Damn [***] anyhow

I just received a call from this number also..Person on other end had very heavy accent and couldnt understand them at all..I told them if they dont stop calling im turning there number over to the police but they have call me back 8 times in 15 minutes,looks like im turning the number over to the police..From what i could make out,they also stated they were from the federal credit bureau..Weres my dam rights to avoid people like this?

Got a call from John Marshall today at 3:59 p.m. CST. I said "nope, don't think so" and hung up and he called me right back so I blocked the number

We just got 4 calls from this same number customer states I need to contact an attourney has very strong accent calling my cell and home its annoying
