This is a SCAM. I didn't answer when they called but I called them back and told them I had been disconnected during our call. He said his name was 'Sam' and spoke with a middle-eastern accent. He asked me if I needed a loan and I said yes.
I told him I needed $2000. He asked for a call-back number and I gave him 202-456-1414 which is the number of the White House comments line! I must have wasted at least 10 minutes of his time.

They continously call me phone n I called them back and said I don't want a loan and the foreign [***] hung up on me threatening me he was going to call cops cause I called 3 times since [***] hung up on me. Meanwhile I said your company of Thats what u want to call it is blowing up my phone. The nerve!!!!
