I received this call sometime in the middle of January, 2013. I do not answer unknown numbers and there was no message.

Called a little before 8pm on a Thursday. Didn't answer. Seems they're trying to ruin people's evenings.

Same thing as above. Got called a little before 8 pm on Jan 28. Answered and no one there.
