yeah just got a call it was labeled unknown didn't answer it did leave a message said something about having paperwork to go to court and he was warning me my court date while I was searching the number on the Internet my friend called and said the same guy just called him was trying to get ahold of me boy that's taking bill collecting to a whole new level smh

This number called my 89 year old parents looking for a grandson that doesn't live there and said that if their grandson didn't call within 2 hours that there was going to be a warrant issued for his arrest! My mother nearly fainted and was succumb to fear! These tactics are extreme and should be punishable to the fullest!

Those tactics are ILLEGAL too !!!

1. Warrant service is not told in advance.
2. Threatening arrest is illegal.
3. Calling a third party (grandma) is illegal.

Pretty much the same experience for me.

Pretty much the same as everyone else call. Left message with my parents saying I missed a court date. I have never received anything about a court date. Really annoyed!!!!!!!!!!
