This is a mixed phone call, part human, part computer voice. The human reads from the script about how the recipient (robo-voice says the name) is named in a "complaint filed in my office." She says she is required to get a response or else there will be "lawsuit involvement in the process." A number of problems with this call. 1) No company name or name for this mysterious "office" 2) No name of the person calling 3) The name she is reported calling is not my name  4) Threatening a lawsuit. Sue me. I don't owe anyone anything. You don't know my name. And you apparently don't know my address.
