This is a personal cell number from a collector in the Sallie Mae Dept.

I've told them not to call me and to deal with me through writing from now on "cease & disorder" (legally we have this right-but need to mail them a letter to stop by law)
So now htey call from their pokets on their personal cell phone. Nothing but [***].
