This is annoying. They say they owe me money and I have to be in front of my computer for them to reimburse me. I told them to send me something. They said "No. We want to have you on the phone." It is so lame. They scammed my elderly dad but I won't fall for it. So why can't the phone company do something and the FTC? Why wait for so many complaints?
