This person has been calling my 97 year old aunt with offers of winning a significant amount of money if she will send funds by Western Union to them.  WE have had the police in our local town on the phone with the person who identifies himself as Johnson Washington (he was even bold enough to answer the phone when the police officer called).  One call and a refusal should send him to his next victim; however, he continues to call and now she is afraid to even answer her phone.
