Received a call from "Anthony" stating I owed money on a First Bank credit card from 2006.  I advised him I believed he was a scam.  He rudely told me to contact First Bank and they would tell me that I did in fact owe $1500.  I called First Bank and the card number I had been given by "Anthony" wasn't even an actual card number that had ever been issued and they searched their entire data base for my information and did not have me anywhere in their system.  I called "Anthony" back and informed him that he was indeed a scam and they were not to call me again.  I also told him I would report him to the FTC and he advised he would sue me if I did so.

For #1, they had the wrong person...#2, it was about having legal documents...#3, they said I had refused to sign for these....they have never been here, #4, I had 2 hours to call back....they can kiss my "A".....#6, they will be reported to the FTC....Adios

I got the call saying I had two hours to call back and it was in reference to legal documents I had refused to sign.  "You need to call back NOW".  Said the irritated man who gave no other info except he was with "PLS".  Never heard of them.

I just received a call on my cell phone telling me they were serving me legal documents out of Florida, they even gave me a case number. Told me I should call this number immediately to hold off service for two hours.
