Just called this number back. It states the survey is over but if you would like to be removed, press 9. I did, but we'll see what happens.

got a call from this number on my work cellphone, so I decline the call, no message was left.

A recording of an upbeat woman made to appear like you are talking to a real person. Recording states that I have some reward points that will expire soon and I can use them toward a vacation trip. She just needs to confirm that her information is correct. If you ask a question like which company granted these reward points the recording will state that she did not understand you and restate that she just needs to confirm that your information is correct. I hung up at that point. I think the recording just wants yes and no answers so they can know if the scam info is correct and I'm sure they'll give you an opportunity to correct it if it's wrong.
