It is a solar company. I finally picked up after numerous calls and asked to be put on their do not call list. It is a robocall, but it will understand commands. All i said was "take me off your call list" and the system said it was done.

They just sold your number to a list. By doing that you verified an active number that answers calls. Prepare for hell on earth.
