Called my cell phone.

I been receiving calls from this number every day. Scam?

Don't know who is calling, but is a location in Los Angeles, CA between S. Grand St and S. Olive Street around 7th, several blocks from Skid Row area.

Located in Los Angeles, California.
Its exchange 406 is managed by MCI METRO ATS, INC. - CA.
The number is currently on switch number LSAGCAXADS0 (switch is a technical specification for phone hobbyists) .

Just got a call from this number in L A, I did not answer and they did not leave a message. I don't know anyone in L A so I blocked the number on my trusty Panasonic phone.

I got a call from this # (5/19/15) at 3:32PM. I answered the phone and the guy on the other end asked for me, by my first name, and I replied, "speaking," then there was no one there, as if he had hung up. My # is on the NATIONAL DO-NOT-CALL Registry and I'd like to know why I'm getting calls from #'s that should not even be calling me.
