Got a call, they didn't provide a name, not for person or of the company, but asked for a relative under which the home is under.  They asked about DWP and asked if we were paying $140 per bill and upon saying "I don't know" they were quick to hang up.  I'm guessing they were trying to sell something, maybe solar powered panels, but when I spoke, the background was silent and when they spoke you can hear several voices in the background.  Not sure where they got my number as it is a cell, but clearly a call you can block.
