Emailed me a message that they are an attorney and this is a legal matter,  I will be prosecuted in the civil courts in a couple of days.  No call was received just an email. Senior Attorney Julian Marshall from Holland and Knight.  Went to the website and can;t find any attorney by the name of Julian Knight.  call back number is 323-375-9737.

Complete scam.  You cannot be "prosecuted" for defaulting on a loan.  And email is not a valid legal means of "serving" or notifying you of a lawsuit.  Report these losers to the FBI at their Internet Crime Complaint Center - www.ic3.gov.

Garden variety Indian or Pakistani law scammer.  Accent so strong you can cut it with a knife.  Who in India or Pakistan has a name like Julian.   These people will often spoof the name of an existing law firm.  But it's a total scam.  How are you "prosecuted" in a civil court.  Prosecutions belong in criminal court and a private attorney would normally not be involved.  Total scam. Ignore.

I got this same email with a different case number... I get these things all the time, emails and phone calls always same thing.  I know some people do fall for their scam.  What is even worse is they are not even in this country so we cannot do anything on stopping them other than to try and get people to quit falling for the scam and sending money.
