I just received a text from "Mr. Taylor" telling me him and his wife want to buy a retirement home in my area around $500,000 - $800,000. Asked me to send an email letting him know if I can help. If it was a legitimate buyer, he would also have my email if he got my phone number from the RE/MAX website, and he would call instead of texting. He claims his email is swifttaylorsswiftt@live.com. SCAM. BE CAREFUL.
