Who called me

I need to know hows number is this

When I answered they said all available agents are busy and would be answered in the order called. This company has called several times or at least the number has. I want it to stop.

I got a call from this number, didn't recognize it so I didn't answer. They did not leave a message but when I got home from work I called the number back. I was directed to Fingerhut's automated service. I believe its a number from their collections dept.

I called it back also and it was from fingerhut
