got about 3 phone calls from them, when i tried calling them back, it said the number has been disconected...!!!

I received a call from this number today and they gave me a call back number of 319-228-4155 and it was some kind of .com message. These are the same people that called me yesterday and we're they were calling from US Bank regarding an online payday loan. They were threatening me to charge me criminally for fraud. I work for an attorney's office and when I put my attorney that I work for on the phone they abruptly ended the call. I can't not believe these guys called me back again today. Be careful.

Two call attempts, silence on the other end of the line. Probably bad connection, sounds like a computer-generated spam call.

Just received a call from this number. The line was open but no one answered, so I hung up. Reverse-search on whitepages.com revealed that it is a Los Angeles hard-line. I called the number but it was busy.
It might be one of those call-forwarding services (used to hide the identity of the caller).
