They call saying its their last attempt to contact me about my power bill. Asked if im a home owner. I said no and they hung up. I am pretty sure this is a Scam.

Called. Answered and they did not say who they were and I could not understand a word they were saying. I blocked the number and blacklisted it.

They called me the same day that I activated a Tracfone. I did not answer but called several times and is scary 'cause zipcode is the same as mine. Hopefully someone figures out who they are soon!
