I missed the call and when I call back, it says, "74 Not Created" WTF?

missed a call from this number. When dialed back no one answered.

Obviously my number is on some list...because I've received calls from just about every number on this list...

When this one calls it just says: CALIFORNIA (is all that it says)

How annoying...I wish that I knew how it got there.

This crazy person will not stop calling and asking for CONNIE!!

Got a call from this number, but when answered it just hangs up.  When called back no one answers.  How the heck are you suppose to get your number off of these types of lists??
