Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Out of Area" which usually means telemarketer/scammer. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all were blocked for a person or business name and the only information was a general location of Los Angeles, California with a service provider of TELECENTRIS Communications, LLC-CA (which is also known as VoxOx Inc.) that is associated with this number. This is definitely a scammer that is either spoofing numbers or using a VoIP System (which are sold by VoxOx Inc.)
to phish for personal information while running some scam. A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking a trace. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use and possibly farming out numbers too.

They also called my house today at 3:56 PM PST.  If you people know they are scammers then why do you not report these abusive cons to the proper police yourself?  President Obama should stop scammers too and the Government needs to stop them.
