Left an automated message warning "that IRS is filed lawsuit against you". The IRS doesn't do things this way. This is clearly a scam.
For reference, the real IRS would begin by sending a letter. Although rare, they may call your directly. However, this is always to set up an in-person interview -- typically at an official IRS facility. An in-person meeting will always begin by the IRS agent presenting an official government ID that you are allowed to inspect. Any contact, via either mail or phone, will always begin by addressing you by your full name and will include a case number. Anything without these is a scam. If you think you have been contacted by a real IRS agent, still don't trust them until you've verified everything by calling the IRS general contact line at 1-800-829-1040.
