A man with a heavy foreign accent left an unintelligible message.

Mark Johnson just called me had foreign acsent. Told me he need my attorney number told me i was going to be put in Jail told him what ever and hung up. These guys want money from you told him good luck.

Got a call from this place earlier today. Got the same threats regarding "bank fraud", "check fraud". Wanted the name of My attorney, I asked for when the debt was loaned out he hung up.
I called back asked for an address and the name of the company. Response: "All the informtaion in black and white will be provided to the court when it is downloaded." I let him know that I have a right to any information regarding a debt that may or may not owe. Response: "Son of B$#$%^ and hung up."

I'm going to persue this, and get an address post it here and send a debt validation letter and a cease and desist letter. Check and bank fraud must be proved in court, as well as intent to do so. They are simply using legaleaze to threaten and scare folks into paying debts without verification.

This number is calling a place of business which is a hospital. He was asked to stop four times and he still continued to call. He became very rude each time he called. He would not identify the company he was calling from,

This foreign man called my job multile times stating that I owed him $415.36 and said that we could settle out of court, was very rude, he new my social, address and other personal things about me. He was very rude stating that he would have the law come to my job if I didnt pay the money in a few hours by western union.
