I called back with my GV number and got to the point of the menu system that ask to input the number located on the letter that you "received" or your *SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER*.

Definitely they're out to steal peoples identity

They also call from another number (3236011179), 3 times in a row, within 3 minutes.

They call from 3 different numbers. I think they are debt collectors or scammers who want into and don't leave messages, but call several times a day. They show up as "California" on my caller ID.
