this number is calling my cellphone and home - it is listed here as suspicious - what does this mean?

It's one of those scummy "contracting" companies that does remodelling. They specialize in doing crap jobs at inflated prices. They will demand that both husband and wife be there for the 'free estimate' and two smarmy looking salesmen will show up (probably in a Hummer) to sell you on the project. Neither of these greaseballs look like they know which end of the hammer to use. Run.
