I got a text message from this number this morning, stating:
"Your entry last month has WON! Go to http:..TargetsWinner.com/ and enter code xxxx to claim your FREE $1000 Target Gift Card within 24 hours!"
This is a "smishing scam" and this number should be added to the list of suspicious numbers.

I -also- got a text message from this number this morning, stating:

It is a scam. Don't go to the website provided in the SMS.

I received a call from this number over the evening, and I believe numerous other times in the past. The reminder of a missed call repeats 15 times!!.
