i am on the DNC list.  this caller left a message that was cut off in the beginning.  what came thru was "...programs and rebates.  or press 2 to be removed."  googling the number i got no legitimate website for this number; there have been no reports of scam calls from this number yet.  when i called back the number was busy.  i think this is a scam.

block spammer and continues to call from different number every time blocked. dirt bags need to be sued and put in jail for harrasment
