10/27/15 10:22 PDT Recorded message "You have qualified for a local government program...etc." Will try no mo to block and if call comes thru again, will add to call blocker. None of the types really fit, so will leave unknown.

scammers called; didn't answer it and blocked this number from future calling.

It's the miserable solar scammers with a different number. They are like fleas on your dog - you get rid of a few, there are millions ready to take their place. Thank goodness for call blocking.
