A stupid recorded message from "Card Services." They've changed their usual spiel, it's not "Rachel from Card Services" anymore. The recording is staged so that it sounds quite realistic at first, as if you're talking to a real caller. "Hi, this is Card Services and we've been trying repeatedly to reach you for days now regarding your account. You've been approved..." and this was when I felt I'd heard more than enough and hung up.
It's pretty obvious that the laws to stop this garbage are a joke. The crooks don't care, they get a slap on the wrist, pay a puny fine, shut down their operation temporarily just to start it all over a gain before you can even breathe. Yawn.
