They are not violating the do not call list since they are calling on behalf of the ASPCA.  Charities and the organizations they hire to contact potential donors are exempt from the do not call law.

I donated to the ASPCA in response to phone calls for years. Then, about two years ago I received a confirmation letter to my donation with a disclosure that the phone call was made by a fund raiser on behalf of the ASPCA and the fund raiser kept 90% of my donation.
That was very disturbing to me thinking that for all those years I donated to a sleazy fund raiser whom I despise. From that time I only make direct donations on the ASPCA's website and hope the website isn't run by a fund raiser.

Yup....another day, another call.

This may be the ASPCA and I support them but I do NOT support ANYONE calling repeatedly and leaving NO MESSAGE!
I am rethinking my support of the ASPCA!
