Called with no message left - I'm on the no call list but clearly that doesn't stop these people from calling and bothering others. I just block the number so they can't call again - seems to be the easiest way of getting rid of them regardless of what number they call from

Yes folks, another scum bag added to the growing list of low life.  323-879-4052 didn't work so now they tried this new number.  Love my call block because 323 is blocked period.  Hearing the "zap" after a half a ring is like hearing a mouse trap go off.  Very nice.     "out of area" is always such a legit company right folks!

It's now Carmen with Card Member Services or Card Holder Services...whatever the name is.

I did call this number back and was given the option via robo-prompt to have my number removed from their list.
