Yup, got this call today. Idiot tried selling some sort of credit. A classic boiler room scam operation. See below for REAL information on these scammers. Owner/operator Dennis Mario is a scammer.
Caller (thick latino accent giving gringo name) said company name is "National Small Business Alliance" (not to be confused with other organizations with similar names in multiple states).
So, I did a quick online search:
175 reports/complaints listed on Ripoff Report dot com. Other complaint sites have similar horror stories.
"F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Here is part of their report:

They sell their stuff out of a post office box in Cathedral City, CA, which is right next to Palm Springs.
