I received a call. No message was left and when I tried to call the number back, there is no ringing or answering machine, just dead air space.

called me twice this morning while i was in class, within 30 minutes of eachother. it said they left me a voice mail but it was just a hang up. i just called back and it said all circuits are busy...hmmm

called and rang a minute, I didn't recognize the number so I ignored it. then they called back with in 5 minutes. I had my son call it back and it said circuts are busy
