Caller ID: PRIVATE NAME
The scammer did not leave a message on our answering machine.
Our numbers are in the Do-Not-Call Registry.

Got call they attempted to leave an message but was cut off.

Caller ID states J2 Global Communications.  When I answer they hang up.  When I call the number back the message states that number is temporarily disabled.  They call 3-4 times a day to a residential phone with an elderly person living here.  I don't know what to do about their constant phone calls.
