call came at 530pm .I didnt pickup because caller id showed cedit services.I thought it was a sales call trying to sell a credit monitoring package.I was on a credit bureau the other night making corrections to my bureau and they did ask for my home phone.

Yes, I just did.  It rang and rang.  Id said Card Services.

Nov 25, 2008. Caller said was a dept consolidation, caller ID said credit services. I was speaking to the VP, so he said, when I said I was on the no call list, he got very sarcastic and would not give me any company info.  I would like to file a claim against his company, but can not get any info.

They have called us twice.  We get a recording telling us not to panic, they are not calling us to pay a bill, they want to offer us a service.  We are on the do not call list and should not be getting these calls.
